By using WatermarkNinja you agree to these terms. They are meant to be short and fair.

Ordering online

How you buy. You choose a pass (30 days or 24 hours) and press the buy button. You are sent to our payment provider Stripe, where you enter your e-mail address, choose a payment method, tick the box to accept these terms and ask us to start your pass, and press Pay. The contract is concluded when your payment succeeds; we then show your pass and e-mail you a confirmation. A 30-day pass costs €5 and a 24-hour pass costs €3, both including VAT.

Correcting mistakes. Before you press Pay, the Stripe page shows what you are buying and the total, and you can change your e-mail address or leave with the back arrow or your browser's back button. Nothing is charged until you press Pay.

Storage and access. We keep a record of your purchase (order reference, amount, date and time) in our payment and pass records, but we do not store the concluded contract as a separate document for you to retrieve. Your confirmation e-mail contains the order reference, the price, the key terms and the withdrawal information: please keep it. These terms stay available on this page, and you can ask us at info@shinobitools.com if you need them again.

Language. The contract can be concluded in English.

Use it on your own content

You may only use this tool on photos and videos you own or have explicit permission to edit. Removing a watermark, logo, or attribution from someone else's work and republishing it may breach copyright and the rights of the creator. You are responsible for how you use what you make here.

The service is free and provided as is

• WatermarkNinja is offered free of charge, with no guarantee of availability or a specific result.
• AI inpainting reconstructs backgrounds, and results vary with the image. We cannot promise a perfect erase on every photo.
• We may change, pause, or retire the tool at any time.

No liability

To the extent permitted by law, WatermarkNinja and ShinobiTools are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the tool, including any consequences of removing a watermark from content you did not have the right to edit.

Acceptable use

Do not use the tool to break the law, to infringe others' rights, or to overload the service through automated abuse. We may block access that harms the service or other users.

Rights holders: if you believe this service is being used on your work without permission, or you have a copyright concern, write to info@shinobitools.com with the page address and a short description, and we will look into it.
