Contact
WatermarkNinja is built and run by one small team, and everything you send here is read by a person. There is no ticket system, no chatbot and no support queue to wait in.
How to reach us
The fastest route is the Feedback button in the corner of any page on this site. It opens a short form and, if you want, attaches a screenshot of what you are looking at — which is usually worth more than a paragraph of description. You can also write to [email protected], the shared address for all Shinobi Tools.
Reporting something that went wrong
Watermark removal is inpainting: the AI rebuilds the background it thinks belongs behind your mask. When the result looks wrong, these details tell us why far quicker than "it didn't work":
- What the mark sat on. A logo over flat sky or a plain wall is rebuilt almost perfectly; one over a face, printed text or a repeating pattern is the hard case, because there is no clean background to infer.
- How you painted. A mask that only just covers the mark leaves a halo of original pixels behind; one painted well over the edges gives the model room to work.
- The file itself. Format, roughly how large, and whether it came straight off a phone or through a screenshot and a re-save.
- Your browser, and whether the page showed an error or simply produced a disappointing result. Those are two different bugs on our side.
Ideas and requests
Tell us what you were trying to do, not just which button you wanted. Half the features on these tools exist because someone described a job the tool could not finish, and it turned out to be one small step away from what was already there.
What we cannot do
We do not remove watermarks from images you do not own the rights to, and we cannot help with recovering a photo you have already overwritten — nothing you upload is kept after processing, by design. See the privacy policy for what happens to a file, and the terms for the rest.
When to expect a reply
If you leave an e-mail address we aim to answer within a few working days. Messages without one are still read — plenty of fixes have started with an anonymous report — they just cannot be answered. Nothing you send is used for a mailing list; there isn't one.
