Does this work on TikTok videos?
This tool works on images and screenshots. To clean a specific video frame, take a screenshot of the video first, remove the watermark here, and use the cleaned image however you need.
Where exactly is the TikTok watermark?
TikTok watermarks have two parts: the spinning TikTok logo (bottom-right corner) and the creator's @username (usually bottom-left or bottom-center). Paint over both areas with the brush for the cleanest result.
Will it work on complex backgrounds?
AI inpainting works best on reasonably uniform or natural backgrounds (walls, grass, sky, product surfaces). Very busy or detailed backgrounds behind the watermark may show a subtle trace, so paint accurately for best results.
Are there watermarks this can't fully remove?
Yes, and this is true of every tool, paid ones included. A watermark across a face or over fine text usually leaves a trace — eyes and letters don't repeat, so there's no surrounding pattern for the AI to fall back on. The bigger the watermark is relative to the photo, the more it has to invent rather than rebuild. And whatever was actually behind the watermark is gone for good: nothing recovers it, every tool — this one too — fills the gap with a plausible guess, not the original.
Is there a file size limit?
Up to 40 MB per image. Most phone screenshots are only a few megabytes, so you'll rarely get close to the limit.
Can I remove watermarks from other platforms?
Yes. The paint-and-erase approach works for any watermark on any photo, not just TikTok. Instagram, YouTube screenshots, stock photo watermarks you own rights to: all work the same way.
